About the Founder — Médard Nyandekwe
Médard Nyandekwe is the Founder, Managing Director, and Lead Investigator of EMESP Rwanda Ltd. A PhD Candidate in Health Policy, Economics & Management at the University of Rwanda, he brings over 45 years of experience in hospital management and/or administration (1980), health economics (1990), management consultancy (2000), health policy development (2004), public health (2001), health policy (2004), academic teaching (1996), research (2010).
